A key function of our assembly services, PCB assembly necessitates careful anti-static procedures and attention to detail.

Our 'static-safe' facilities are ideally suited to short and medium run hand soldered assembly for small boards and specialised assemblies, especially those unsuitable for flow soldering.

We also undertake a range of post-solder operations such as wound and solder-side components, heatsinks, links and select on test components.

For larger volume PCB manufacture, we work alongside our associate company, Proqual who offer a full range of conventional through-hole and surface-mount assembly services.
